In order to assure that you feel comfortable taking me on as your counsellor, I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation to allow us to meet, see if we are a good fit to work together and to answer any of your questions.

Rates:

• In-person/Zoom/phone counselling sessions - 1 hour session/$145.00

• in-person counselling session-90 minutes/$190.00

• I accept email transfers, cash or cheques

  I also offer a limited number of sliding scale rates for those who are struggling financially
